He has 35 years of business experience in different type of business. Mr. Ashraf is managing director of Business House Limited which is engaged in inland freight forwarding business owning 6(six) cargo vassels. He is a widely travelled man. and has visited many countries like USA, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India etc. Ii connection with his business. He has also interest in shrimp culture.

Mr. Syed Ashiq, Managing Director, 39: Mr. Ashiq  started his career in business at a very early age and has gathered 19 years of business experience. He started his business career as a contractor of facilities department, PWD, and Roads and High ways. He was also engaged in shrimp cultivation and is the proprietor of Al –Amin Engineering Works. Mr. Ashiq possesses good entrepreneurial qualities and proven capabilities, which he earned through perseverance and devotion. He is the Managing Director of Al –Amin Accessories Limited, Al-Amin Chemical Industries Limited and Managing Partner of AB Engineering. Mr. Ashiq is a widely travelled man.

Mrs. Syeda Atika, Director,42: Mrs Syeda Atika has 10 years of business experience in the line of trading and shrimp culture. She is a director of Al –Amin Chemical Industries Limited.

Mrs. Tazakka Tanzim, Director, 29: Mrs. Tazakka Tanzim is a director of Al-Amin Chemical Industries Limited and Al-Amin Accessories Limited.

DIRECTORS FROM PUBLIC:
Directors from ‘sponsor group’ are in proportion to their actual shareholdings in the paid –up capital of the company. Directors shall be elected from the institutional investors proportionate to their holding of shares. If holding is more than 5% but less then 10% it will have at least one director in the board.  Representative of the general investors who do not fall under above categories shall elect their director in the annual general meeting proportionate to their shareholdings.
