The Commission during July 2004 took following enforcement actions:

Letter issued with warning to comply with all securities laws in future.
02.	14.7.2004	Failure to pay off the dividend declared by Bangas Limited within 60 days of declaration in terms of the erstwhile CCI’s Notification No. SRO. 385-Law/91 dated 15^th December 1991, being the order made under section 2G of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.	Letter issued with warning to comply with all securities laws in future.
03.	14.7.2004	Failure to pay off the dividend declared by Tallu Spinning Mills Limited within 60 days of declaration in terms of the erstwhile CCI’s Notification No. SRO. 385-Law/91 dated 15^th December 1991, being the order made under section 2G of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.	Letter issued with warning to comply with all securities laws in future.
04.	14.7.2004	Failure to pay off the dividend declared by Mithun Knitting & Dyeing (CEPZ) Limited within 60 days of declaration in terms of the erstwhile CCI’s Notification No. SRO. 385-Law/91 dated 15^th December 1991, being the order made under section 2G of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.	Letter issued with warning to comply with all securities laws in future.
