Revised Consent

The Commission has issued Gazette Notification SEC/Section-7/Cap Sanction/97-127-1 on 21st Septem-ber 1997 allowing the Company’s Sponsors for raising their portion of Equity up to Taka 10.00 (ten) crore with out taking permission from SEC.

SEC has informed this Notification to 20 (twenty) Companies those who have applied for consent to raise Sponsor’s equity within Tk.10.00 (ten) crore. In this context “Renewal of Consent Order” is not required. 

During this period SEC has developed a New Application Form for approval/vetting of Prospectus as well as Consent for raising Capital above Tk.10.00 (ten) crore (Sponsor’s portion).
